                                 (Mr.B.Samanta Practice Manager)

"Our emphasis is very much on the team work ethic. The clinical practice team also includes Practice Nurses, Midwives, District Nurses, Health Visitors, Community Psychiatric Nurses. Together with our in house team of receptionists and other support staff we aim to provide a comprehensive range of medical care to all our patients ".

History and background.

Dr Curnock practiced in Flamstead Road, and upon his retirement Dr Lambden & Dr Wakefield took over a portacabin in Andrews Lane while this present building was being constructed. The present surgery at Rosedale Way, was built in 1982 and consists of a main building where the reception and consulting rooms are located and another one, called the Preventative Care Unit (PCU), where Health Visitors, Midwives, and Counsellors see their patients. Also this is a place for Baby Check Clinics and immunisations of young children. A map of our catchment area can be found in the entrance lobby at Stockwell Lodge, or you can ask for details at the reception desk.
